- The product is not a custom or made-to-order item.
- Proof of purchase (receipt, order number, etc.) is provided.

3. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Some items are non-refundable, including:
- Gift cards.
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount code (unless specified otherwise).
- Customized or personalized products.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund depending on the nature of the issue.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
